1. قبول الشروط

2. الملكية الفكرية (™ UNYSEEL)

جميع المحتويات على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر التصاميم والصور والشعارات والنصوص والرسومات، هي ملكية حصرية لـ UNYSEEL™. أي استخدام أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع غير مصرح به لملكيتنا الفكرية محظور تماماً ومحمي بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر المغربية والدولية.

3. شروط الشراء

عند تقديم طلب مع UNYSEEL، فإنك توافق على ما يلي:

• الدفع عند الاستلام (COD): تتم جميع المدفوعات نقداً عند استلام العناصر.
• تأكيد الطلب: يتم إنهاء الطلبات عبر التواصل عبر واتساب.
• التوفر: جميع العناصر تخضع لتوفر المخزون. نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات إذا كان العنصر غير متوفر.

4. التوصيل والإرجاع

نقدم التوصيل في جميع أنحاء المغرب خلال 48-72 ساعة. تسمح سياسة الإرجاع لدينا بالاستبدال في غضون 7 أيام من الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون العنصر في حالته الأصلية.

5. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة المغربية. أي نزاعات تنشأ عن استخدام هذا الموقع تخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم مكناس.

6. التعديلات

تحتفظ UNYSEEL بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل شروط الاستخدام هذه في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد أي تغييرات يشكل قبولاً منك للشروط الجديدة.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and protected under Moroccan and international copyright laws.

3. Purchase Terms

When you place an order with UNYSEEL, you agree to the following:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) : All payments are made in cash upon receipt of the items.
• Order Confirmation : Orders are finalized via WhatsApp communication.
• Availability : All items are subject to stock availability, We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is out of stock.

4. Delivery & Returns

We offer delivery across Morocco within 48-72 hours. Our return policy allows for exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meknes.

UNYSEEL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice, Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
