Delivery
- →48-72h Delivery : Fast shipping across all major cities in Morocco.
- →Cost : Flat rate of 40 MAD for all orders.
- →Tracking : You will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is out for delivery.
Payment
- →Cash on Delivery (COD) : Pay only when you receive your package.
- →Order Confirmation : All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
Return Policy
We want you to love your UNYSEEL purchase, If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Returns for " CHANGE OF MIND " are subject to a return shipping fee.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately ( within 24h ) via WhatsApp with a photo of the item, We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
